21GNET uses advanced load-balancing methods with varying levels of simultaneous connections. 21GNET has gone through rigid testing with well known software providers, including Real Time Gaming, which applauded the amount of capacity our load balanced environment can withstand. Load-balancing is simply a system, which will ensure that more than one server shares incoming requests. This facility optimizes response times, and prevents a single machine from becoming overloaded with requests.

The most important part of an on-line card room is a specially designed program called the "random number generator". This is the program that generates a sequence of numbers, which correspond to various card types, dice throws, etc. A good random number generator is one that generates numbers that are:

•           Evenly distributed and not correlated
•           Unpredictable

If a random number generator is evenly distributed and not correlated, each number will be hit approximately the same number of times after a large number of runs. If a random number generator is unpredictable, you will not be able to predict the next number in a series no matter how many previously generated numbers you have studied.

Both the practice and real money online versions of our Gaming Platform use a random number generator to create the cards in the various games and each game undergoes extensive testing.

First, designers imitate all possible situations and determine whether the rules are obeyed, payouts are properly paid, etc. Then the random number generator is added and tests are run with automated agents.

The optimal strategy is implemented for games where strategy is involved like in blackjack.

Depending on the game, between 1 and 10 million bets are run. If the frequency of winning combinations and general payouts are within expectations, the game is passed to a Quality Assurance team of engineers who play that game to insure its flawless play. The nature of the game logic in our single and multi-level tournaments does not require us to incorporate all the anti-collusion table fraud detection that poker rooms do. The cards are face-up and all players can see all cards being played on the table, unlike poker.

To provide a very basic overview of some of the tools our agents use, reports are run on any player who wins 5 continuous games, or players whose wins exceed $350 is a single session or a day.  Our system also alerts when two or more players are generated from the same IP address, when players have recurrent opponents, when player’s stats appear above or below an established range of normalcy, and various other complementary reports that help us ensure the integrity of our game as we extend it to our ever growing family of affiliates. 

As an additional service, 21gnet offers experienced personnel on staff who validate player’s skills and performance.  We are continuously checking on customer’s behavior and mannerisms on the tables, looking for distinct patterns in both play and betting styles. 

21gnet has developed a color coded system for denoting each player that creates an account on our network.   This system allows each team member to be able to monitor the play and conduct of our entire player base, further providing us with an intimate knowledge of play and the potential for breaches of fraud.
